Call for Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting | OneFootball

Girona Futbol Club, SAD has called an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for July 1st.

The various items on the agenda include the dismissal or resignation of Directors and the appointment, where appropriate, of new Directors. Also, the delegation to the administrative body of the necessary powers to rectify and execute the agreements adopted at the General Meeting, as well as to proceed with their elevation to public and registration in the Commercial Register.
