Bukayo Saka says he has “no doubts” that Arsenal will be stronger next season.
The Gunners finished runners up in the Premier League for a third straight season in the most recent campaign, and also reached the semi-finals of both the Champions League and Carabao Cup.
And having come close once again to winning silverware, Saka is backing his side to end their trophy drought next season.
“Obviously we all know that there’s a lot of speculation around us and who we’re signing in the summer,” he said, speaking at a press conference ahead of England’s game against Senegal.
“I think once that’s all done at the end of the summer, we’ll work on the relationships at the training ground, at the Emirates, wherever we’re playing.
“I do think I have a good relationship with a lot of the players that I play with, both here and at my club, so I think I’m in a good place with that.
“We will be stronger, I have no doubts.”
Saka also believes there is a lot more to come from him individually, having endured a frustrating last campaign due to a hamstring injury which forced him to miss three months.
“I think there’s a lot more potential from my side,” he said. “I think each year I’ve developed and improved and I think I’ve still got a bit of a way to go as well.
“I’m (going) in the right way and I feel like I just need to keep working hard. All the games I’m playing, all the experience, the tournaments, it’s only going to make me better. I’m learning from it.”
Saka believes youngsters Myles Lewis-Skelly gaining more experience for club and country can also help Arsenal to kick on.
“I think it’s early but I can only say positive things about Myles,” he said.
“I know him, I’ve seen his journey as he’s come through and he’s a top talent with a good mentality as well, lots of confidence, and that’s why I believe he can come here and play the way he does.
“Big credit to him. I just hope he keeps progressing, keeps improving, and it’s exciting to see what the future holds for him.
“Ethan is a top talent and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing him shine this summer (at the U21 Euros) and I’m just wishing him the best.
“He knows I’m here if he needs me.”
Saka is set to make his first England appearance under new boss Thomas Tuchel against Senegal, something he says he very excited to do.
“I’m really excited to play so hopefully I’m in the starting 11,” he said.
“It’s been a bit of a frustrating year with injuries but I’m here now and looking forward to tomorrow.”
