There were only two changes made to the side who beat Aylesford last week as Gbajabiamila and Ilana Harris-Walters came into the side.
Cheatley had an early strike on four minutes which gave the Newhaven goalkeeper something to think about as she held on firmly to the forward's effort.
On 17 minutes, it was Cheatley again in the middle of the action as Asees Sangha played a through ball into her path but goalkeeper Elleah Fenner made an important stop to deny her.
The deadlock was broken soon after though as the lively Gbajabiamila found space in the box and rifled a volley into the roof of the net to give the Bees a deserved lead.
The second came six minutes later as Down fired an accurate free-kick into the bottom corner of the net.
Brentford were in firm control of the contest and the first-half dominance continued in the second period as McCrea scored on her home debut, tucking away from close range following a classy pass from Sangha.
The chances continued to come for Williams' side to extend the lead as McCrea and Cheatley both had openings at the back post but the former could not direct her shot on target, while the latter put her effort over the crossbar.
Cheatley eventually got the goal her performance deserved as she found space in the box and expertly finished with her left foot to give the west Londoners their fourth.
That was how the game would end as Brentford maintained their 100 per cent start to tier five football.
The Bees are next in action on Sunday 31 August as they take on Barking FC away in a 3pm kick-off.

Carly Williams reflected on a fantastic 4-0 win over Newhaven on Sunday afternoon at Bedfont Sports Club, her first home game in charge of the Bees.
"I'm really pleased, it was a very controlled performance today in terms of us having possession and dictating the game," she said.
"It's always exciting to have your first home league win as well. The girls really applied themselves and it all comes from a week where there was a lot of planning and a lot of focus on us.
"The squad as a whole is really important. We're on a journey and we're building that squad depth and it gives me the opportunity to challenge players and their development.
"All the substitutes that came on today impacted the game. Hopefully the fans could see today that we're trying to build a style and everyone' s buying into that, and that's really important."
