Bodo/Glimt and Lazio clash heads in the First Leg of the UEFA Europa League Quarter-Finals. The contest will take place at Aspmyra Stadion in Bodo, Norway. It kicks off on Thursday at 18:45 CET.
Aside from injured winger Daniel Bassi, Kjetil Knutsen will have a full squad to pick from. Serie A fans should be familiar with Jens Petter Hauge who had a short stint at Milan earlier in his career. The 25-year-old will operate on the left wing, while Ole Didrik Blomberg takes the opposite flank, and Kasper Hogh spearheads the starting lineup.
Hakon Evjen and Patrick Berg should join club captain Ulrik Saltnes in the middle of the park, while Frederik Sjovold, Odin Bjortuft, Jostein Gundersen and Frederik Bjorkan form up the backline in front of Nikita Haikin.
Bodo Glimt (4-3-3): Haikin; Sjovold, Bjortuft, Gundersen, Bjorkan; Evjen, Berg, Saltnes; Blomberg, Hogh, Hauge.
Marco Baroni is without the suspended Nicolo Rovella, while Nuno Tavares joined Patric on the treatment table. Moreover, Luca Pellegrini, Arijon Ibrahimovic, Reda Belahyane and Oliver Provstgaard have all been excluded from the Europa League squad list. But the good news for Lazio is the return of Taty Castellanos; however, he is tipped to start from the bench.
Boulaye Dia will lead the lines, with Gustav Isaksen, Pedro, and Mattia Zaccagni forming up the supporting cast. Matias Vecino will combine with Matteo Guendouzi in the double pivot, while Elseid Hysaj, Mario Gila, Alessio Romagnoli and Adam Marusic start at the back, with Ivan Provedel the favourite to regain his place in goal at Christos Mandas’ expense.
Lazio (4-2-3-1): Provedel; Hysaj, Gila, Romagnoli, Marusic; Guendouzi, Vecino; Isaksen, Pedro, Zaccagni; Dia.
