That’s according to Barca insider Victor Navarro, who points towards Joan García as the player in question.

Chatter surrounding Joan’s potential move to the Camp Nou of course ramped up in a major way late yesterday evening.

This came as a whole host of reports came to the fore, assuring that the 24-year-old had made the final call to depart Espanyol for their city rivals.

After it previously appeared as though he was bound for the Premier League, Deco and the Barcelona transfer team did enough to convince Joan of the merits of linking up with Hansi Flick’s squad, instead.

So much so that, on Tuesday, another major development has been noted in the media.
