Following their relegation to the fourth division, Barça Atletic – Barcelona’s reserve team are seeing a number of players depart from the club this summer.
Aleix Garrido and Diego Percan have already left the club while the likes of Noah Darvich, Sergi Dominguez, Ander Astralaga, and Alan Godoy, among others, are expected to move on imminently.
Amidst the exodus of talent, Jijantes FC now reports that Barcelona are in negotiations with FC Andorra – the club owned by Gerard Pique – over possible loan deals for some of the reserve team players.

And within Barcelona, the belief is that allowing some Barça Atletic players to join the club would be a viable idea as playing in the second division would be much better than in the fourth tier for their development.
Pique has already approached the La Liga champions about signing talents from their subsidiary squad and there is a good chance that a few players could make the switch to Andorra.
A former La Masia defender Mika Marmol had gone down this route a few years ago before he sealed a permanent transfer to Las Palmas and more youngsters from Barça Atletic could follow the same path.
