Sky Sport Italia reports that a move to a foreign club is the most realistic option for Juventus outcast Federico Chiesa, who sees Barcelona as the best possible destination.

Federico Chiesa’s agent, Fali Ramadani, has opened talks with Barcelona in an attempt to leave Juventus before the end of the summer transfer window.

The Italian winger is not part of Thiago Motta’s plans in Turin and has been training separately from the rest of the team during the summer.

Serie A clubs Inter, Roma and Milan have been linked with the Italian star, but according to Sky Sport Italia, Chiesa’s most likely option is to move abroad.

During Sky Sport Italia’s transfer show on Tuesday afternoon, transfer expert Luca Marchetti said that Barcelona are currently Chiesa’s favourite destination.

It remains to be seen, however, if Juventus and Barcelona will reach an agreement.

Chiesa’s Juventus contract runs out in June 2025, so the Serie A giants are pushing for the winger’s sale in the current transfer window.
