It has only been a few hours since the last matches in the March international break were played and FC Barcelona are already finalising their preparations for the La Liga game against Osasuna, which is set to be played at the Montjuic tomorrow.

In this regard, the Blaugranes held their final training session ahead of this game today on Wednesday, as Hansi Flick continues to see his ranks swell with the return of international players.

However, as Mundo Deportivo has reported, the biggest news from this latest training session was the return of Pau Cubarsi, who trained with the rest of his teammates to assess his sensations ahead of the game tomorrow.

The Spanish defender had suffered an elongation of the anterior tibiofibular ligament of his right ankle while playing in the first leg of the UEFA Nations League quarter-final tie between Spain and The Netherlands.

Previously, he was looking unlikely to be able to participate in the Osasuna game, but with this latest development, there is a greater chance of him being available for Flick tomorrow.

However, Barcelona do not want to take any risks with the defender, especially keeping in view the highly hectic schedule ahead. Thus, it remains to be seen whether Flick will play him in this upcoming game.

Meanwhile, other players who returned to train under the Blaugrana coach in this session were Robert Lewandowski and Gerard Martin, who were the latest internationals to report back for club duties.

Other important players like Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres, Frenkie de Jong, and Jules Kounde had also participated in the training session held yesterday.

For now, only Ronald Araujo and Raphinha remain the internationals who are yet to return to Barcelona. Both of them are expected to be unavailable for the Osasuna game, even though the former is travelling through a private plane to report in time to Hansi Flick for this game.

Another notable event from this training session was the round of slaps to Inaki Pena, who recently became a father, and to Gerard Martin, who made his debut with the Spanish U-21 team.
