On Monday, reports emerged that Paris Saint-Germain is interested in bringing back their former youth player, Kingsley Coman. Additionally, Bayern Munich is open to selling him if they receive a suitable offer.

With Kylian Mbappé joining Real Madrid, PSG now faces the challenge of filling the void he leaves behind. Instead of depending on a single player to take on all the offensive responsibilities, the French club seems to be opting for a collective effort from multiple players to compensate for the 25-year-old’s exit.

Florian Plettenberg from Sky Sports Germany reported that PSG had shown interest in Kingsley Coman, with initial discussions already taking place. Bayern Munich is reportedly willing to let go of the 28-year-old, who is under contract until 2027, for a fee between €40 million and €50 million.

Transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano provided the latest information regarding Coman returning to his boyhood club.

“Kingsley Coman to PSG? From what I am hearing, it’s not something concrete or imminent,” Romano said. “So, I’m not sure that Coman will be a new PSG player – at the moment it’s not something that concrete or advanced.”

Journalist Abdellah Boulma reports that the capital club isn’t considering Coman. This is great news for Barcelona and their new manager, Hansi Flick, who previously worked with Coman at Bayern Munich.
