Pierre Emerick Aubameyang's made his final decision on his future after leaving Saudi side Al Qadsiah choosing to return to Olympique Marseille over offers from Saudi clubs.

Al Qadsiah confirmed Aubameyang’s contract termination by mutual consent last week despite the deal being set to run until Jun 2026.

European Comeback Confirmed

According to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 36 year old forward's verbally agreed to sign with Marseille until Jun 2027. All terms have reportedly been settled with formalities to follow soon.

Romano added that Aubameyang turned down lucrative offer from Ettifaq FC and other Saudi Pro League clubs prioritizing return to european football and shot at the Champions league.

Aubameyang originally joined Marseille in 2023 from Chelsea before switching to Qadsiah in 2024. In his single season in Saudi Arabia, he featured in 36 match scoring 21 goal & providing 3 assist.
