Maroan Sannadi returns to training with Bilbao

After spending time working individually and away from the group, Maroan Sannadi has finally rejoined his teammates for training at Lezama.

The 24-year-old Moroccan forward had been dealing with discomfort in his right knee, which forced him to miss the start of pre-season with the Basque side.

With his return to action, the former Alavés striker is now in contention for the La Liga season opener against Sevilla FC at home on August 17.

Having arrived in Bilbao last winter, Walid Regragui's new attacking weapon has scored one goal and provided two assists in 16 Spanish league matches.
