Atalanta fans responded negatively to the news of Gian Piero Gasperini’s imminent exit from the club.

In fact, members of Atalanta’s Curva Nord took to the streets in Bergamo to manifest their dissatisfaction.

Shortly after 8:00 p.m., in Piazza Matteotti in Bergamo, a banner signed by Atalanta fans appeared with a clear message: “Gasperini must stay… Be good”

The gesture comes just a few minutes after the latest market rumors, according to which Gian Piero Gasperini is now close to the Roma bench.

Negotiations with the Giallorossi club seem to be well underway and an agreement may have already been reached with Roma possibly announcing his appointment next week.
