Aston Villa Women sign Sabrina D’Angelo | OneFootball

Aston Villa have signed 31-year-old goalkeeper Sabrina D’Angelo who previously spent a season and a half with Arsenal.

D’Angelo played 15 times for the Gunners and is currently with the Canada at the Olympic Games.

Lee Billiard, Villa’s Head of Women’s Football told avfc.co.uk: “We are excited to bring Sabrina to Aston Villa Football Club.

“She is an experienced goalkeeper that will help drive standards and create great competition within the goalkeeping unit.

“With her history of winning at both domestic and international level, we believe Sabrina is a perfect fit for helping us move forward.”
