Aston Villa have joined Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United in expressing interest in Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic.
The Serbia international is being heavily linked with an exit from Juventus in the summer. Vlahovic’s current contract expires in 2026 and Juventus are not prepared to let the player enter the final 12 months of his deal.
The 25-year-old has also struggled to win the trust of new head coach Thiago Motta. He has started just one of the club’s last six Serie A games, with January loan signing Randal Kolo Muani preferred. However, Vlahovic returned to the starting team with the winning goal against Cagliari last weekend.
According to TEAMtalk, Aston Villa are monitoring his situation as the club consider replacements for Jhon Duran. Villa sanctioned the sale of the Colombian to Al Nassr for a fee of €77m in January and are keen to bring in a quality replacement.
Vlahovic, who could be available for around €40m (£33m) is on the club’s shortlist, alongside Porto striker Samu Aghehowa.
Vlahovic signed for Juventus from Fiorentina for an initial fee of €70m in January 2022, with the Turin side beating competition from Arsenal to his signature.
He has scored 55 goals in 134 games for the Italian side and finished as the second-highest scorer in Serie A in 2023/24.
