Another Real Madrid youngster spotted training with first-team | OneFootball

An up-and-coming member of the academy ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid was on Tuesday spotted training alongside Xabi Alonso’s first-team squad.

The player in question? Thiago Pitarch.

Pitarch, for his part, is an 18-year-old midfielder, who has long been held in high regard by those behind the scenes at Real Madrid.

The Spaniard, a youth international with La Roja, spent this past season plying his trade with Los Blancos’ U19 side.

And along the way, Pitarch evidently did enough to pique the attentions of new first-team boss Xabi Alonso and his staff.

As showcased in the photo below, the starlet was afforded the chance to impress alongside Real Madrid’s star-studded senior squad in pre-season training on Tuesday:

News of Pitarch’s call-up comes a day on from the trio of Manuel Ángel, Diego Aguado and Daniel Yáñez also being drafted into the first-team setup at Valdebebas.
