Al-Hilal near deal for Theo Hernandez, move for Angelino off | OneFootball

Milan fullback Theo Hernandez is on the verge of becoming a new Al-Hilal player.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the French international has agreed to personal terms with the Saudi Arabian side, following yesterday’s breakthrough and after some initial hesitation.

All that remains is for Milan and Al-Hilal to finalise the agreement, which is expected to be completed for a fee of around €30 million — a deal already outlined in recent weeks.

The transfer also carries major implications for Roma. Al-Hilal had identified Angeliño as their backup option to Theo and were reportedly close to signing the Spanish fullback for €25 million.

However, with Hernandez now set to join, that deal has collapsed, leaving the Giallorossi to reassess the market for Angeliño’s departure.
