Paris Saint-Germain are still unsure about their goalkeeping situation, with Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future up in the air. If the club decide to move on from the 26-year-old this summer, they’ll need to find a replacement in the transfer market.
Donnarumma is under contract through 2026, but several costly mistakes have raised doubts within the club. Still, his standout performance against Liverpool in the Champions League Round of 16 helped regain some trust.
PSG are prioritizing young French talent, and this offseason could be the right moment to make a change in goal.
As previously reported by SportsZone, the club are eyeing LOSC Lille’s Lucas Chevalier as a possible option. But any move would likely hinge on PSG first finding a suitor for Donnarumma, who has yet to fully convince manager Luis Enrique.
Manchester United are also looking at new goalkeepers. The Sun reports the club are tracking Royal Antwerp’s Senne Lammens and Chevalier, with André Onana potentially on his way to Saudi Arabia.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reports (h/t Le10Sport) that AC Milan are lining up three possible replacements for Mike Maignan, who still hasn’t signed a contract extension. On their shortlist are Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen, Atalanta’s Marco Carnesecchi, and Chevalier.
PSG are still weighing what to do next with Gianluigi Donnarumma, and Chevalier’s strong form hasn’t gone unnoticed—they’re keeping a close eye on him.
His current market value is believed to be around €40 million, a price tag that doesn’t seem to bother Milan. That said, the club haven’t given up on keeping Maignan and have made him a new contract offer.
As for PSG, any push for Chevalier will likely depend on Donnarumma’s performances for the rest of the Champions League—especially if he avoids costly mistakes.
