Nottingham Forest's win at Old Trafford marked the end of a 30-year wait.

But there was a time when the Tricky Trees emerging victorious from the Theatre of Dreams wasn't such a landmark moment during Brian Clough's legendary spell.

John Robertson was widely considered to be Forest's main man back then and the Scottish winger certainly knew where the goal was in a combined 14-year spell.

It's no wonder Robertson, who turns 72 next week, remains a firm favourite at the City Ground nearly 45 years on from back-to-back European Cup triumphs.
