Zaniolo agrees to pay €15,000 in brawl aftermath

Nicolo Zaniolo has agreed to pay a fine in the aftermath of the brawl that took place over a month ago in Florence, when the former Roma man clashed with members of the Giallorossi Primavera.

The incident occurred after a Primavera semi-final between Roma and Fiorentina at the Viola Park ground on May 25.

Zaniolo attended the game and reportedly entered Roma’s locker room at full-time, causing disruption and getting into a fight with some members of the team.

Roma accused Zaniolo of physically assaulting two players – which Zaniolo categorically denied.

Zaniolo was then interrogated by the Federal Prosecutor and finally agreed to a plea bargain by paying a €15,000 fine, writes La Gazzetta dello Sport.
