There's a world-class star who wants to join Liverpool and he has a release clause.
All the focus is on this summer window at the moment. But Richard Hughes won't just be thinking about the next two weeks until the window shuts close.

The club's sporting director will be looking ahead, as all good sporting directors do.
It's becoming increasingly obvious that Liverpool are building a team for the future. A team that isn't just ready to compete for the Premier League title this season but for many seasons to come.
That's why Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike and Milos Kerkez were all brought in. All of them are under the age of 23 and could spend the next decade at Anfield.
Alexander Isak is another signing who is both for the now and the future. He's in his prime at 25-years-old but still has plenty of years left at the top.
One player who is sadly for the now rather than the future is Mohamed Salah. He currently has two years left on his deal at Liverpool.
The likelihood though is that he won't extend beyond his current terms, although nothing is out of the question.
But even if Salah stays at Anfield beyond the next two years, he'll be moving on eventually. He may seem like a superhuman but he's still just a human being.
Ultimately age will catch up with him like the rest of us. Now 33-years-old, it's only a matter of time until he moves on from the Reds.
In that likelihood Hughes has built a good young core around Salah to be able to replace the Egyptian in the future.
But he'll also need to sign a player for the right-wing, who can replace not Salah's output, that will be replaced in the aggregate, but his position.
