WORK AHEAD OF VENEZIA AT MILANELLO

The squad were back at Milanello this afternoon to resume training, still missing a number of Rossoneri away on international duty, after the days rest decided by Fonseca.

REPORT The first part of the session was dedicated to muscular activation out on the pitch where the group also underwent a series of athletic exercises using cones. Rondos completed the warm-up. The session continued with a series of technical exercises on possession, followed by more athletic work including sprints. Further technical exercises and then a training match on a reduced pitch before heading back to the changing rooms.
