Strand Larsen Secures Permanent Wolves Move After Loan Spell

Long-term commitment confirmed at Molineux

Wolves have finalised the permanent signing of Jorgen Strand Larsen following a season-long loan from Celta Vigo. The Norwegian forward will remain at Molineux until 2029 after clauses in the original agreement were triggered.

The club confirmed the development this week, stating that “certain clauses in his contract were met, which automatically turned his loan deal permanent.” Strand Larsen’s performances in the Premier League have clearly convinced the hierarchy to retain his services on a long-term basis.

This transfer represents another step in Wolves’ ongoing squad planning as they look to build consistency under Vítor Pereira. Strand Larsen now becomes a focal part of that vision heading into the 2025–26 campaign.
