Vincenzo Montella increasingly linked with Roma job

Vincenzo Montella is reportedly climbing positions in Roma’s managerial shortlist ahead of next season.

As reported by Sportitalia, the Giallorossi are monitoring Montella as a concrete candidate to take over the Giallorossi bench for next year’s campaign.

The former Roma player’s chances of landing a job in the Italian capital have increased in recent weeks while Massimiliano Allegri – also linked with Roma – is being currently tipped as the favorite to move to Inter at the end of the season.

Ranieri is said to be favorable towards Montella, and although no decision has been taken yet, the current Turkey technical commissioner has certainly climbed a few positions in Roma’s shortlist.
