Footage stemming from the Catalan national team’s camp has turned heads across social media on Wednesday evening.

This comes after a fan sporting a Barcelona jersey asked Espanyol star Joan García for a photo.

The name of shot-stopper Joan has of course dominated the headlines at Barcelona for several days now.

This comes amid the widespread understanding that, amid an ongoing search for reinforcements between the posts, Deco and co. have earmarked Joan as a leading target.

During a training session with the Catalan national team on Wednesday evening, it therefore piqued widespread attentions when the 24-year-old was asked for a photo by a Blaugrana supporter.

Joan for his part saw the amusing side of the situation, granting the fan’s request for a photo.

And he was not the only one, with a current member of Hansi Flick’s squad, in Eric García, having been spotted outwardly laughing at the exchange.
