In news that’s felt like it’s been coming for a while, last night we got confirmation from top transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that Man U winger Alejandro Garnacho “will leave Man United” after the decision was confirmed by the player and the club.
Garnacho was strongly linked to Chelsea in January, and Romano says staying in the Premier League is a “serious option” with 3 clubs “very keen”. But we’re no sure the Blues are top of the list anymore.

Garnacho is quite clearly not our number one anymore – that honour goes to Jamie Gittens, the Dortmund winger who seems closer than ever to a move to Stamford Bridge after reports that he’s agreed personal terms, and that the two clubs are just €15m apart in their valuation.
If things fall apart with Dortmund, Garnacho could be back on the table. But right now it feels like full steam ahead for the former Man City kid.
Kim Min-Jae set to meet PSG representatives according to FootMercato.
Meanwhile the rumours that the Blues might be interested in Kim Min-Jae of Bayern Munich took a blow last night when Josue Casse of FootMercato reported that PSG are closing in on the South Korean central defender.
The report claims that PSG are “taking the temperature” of the player and his club over a potential move, with sporting director Luis Campos set to meet Kim’s camp this week.
We were super convinced by Chelsea’s interest, so this doesn’t feel like we’ve been pipped to the post – but if he does go to Paris, it takes another relatively affordable elite, Champions League ready central defender off the table.
