As the end of the summer transfer window approaches, Hakim Ziyech is still struggling to find a new club. The Moroccan winger's name has been circulating everywhere, but he has yet to secure a fresh contract.

Ziyech's adventure in Qatar lasted only six months, and he is now a free agent following his departure from Al-Duhail. The Atlas Lion is on the hunt for a new challenge to revive his career, especially with major dates looming for the Moroccan national team, most notably the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

According to Voetbal International, the 32-year-old is on the radar of Elche, a club newly promoted to La Liga this season. The Valencia-based side is eager to sign the former Ajax Amsterdam star, aiming to add attacking depth capable of helping the team stay in Spain's top flight.

Negotiations are currently underway between both parties, and a return to Europe for Ziyech is looking more and more likely. This could be an ideal opportunity for him to get his career back on track ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations, which will be held in his home country.
