Celtic drew at Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League on Tuesday evening, but manager Brendan Rodgers will be happy with a point.
The Hoopes are now unbeaten in their last four Champions League games.
However, the Scottish Premiership side could have lost the game on Tuesday evening had Kasper Schmeichel not made a great save late on.
Sandro Kulenovic had a very good chance in the 88th minute, but Schmeichel was able to tip his effort over the crossbar.
Former Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart was following the match for TNT Sports 2, and he was hugely impressed with Schmeichel.
The pundit said that Schmeichel is a top-class goalkeeper and praised the former Leeds United and Leicester City player for his save.
Hart said: “Watched it all the way, great athleticism. Schmeichel alert, focused.
“Kasper Schmeichel expects to make those saves. Of course he does – he is a top-class goalkeeper.
“But in the 88th minute, 0-0 away from home in an important game, it just adds to it. Concentration. Excellent goalkeeping.”
Schmeichel replaced Joe Hart in 2024. After Hart decided to retire, the Hoops brought in Schmeichel on a free transfer.
The 38-year-old is as good as ever and has proven to be a bargain signing for Celtic.
Schmeichel has played 23 matches in all competitions for Celtic this season.
The goalkeeper is one of the best and most consistent players in the Celtic team and is one of the first names on the teamsheet.
