It's a clash which was written many interesting pages in the history books; let's take a look back at one particular game, the AC Milan 4-0 win in January 1989, on the dawn of an historic year for our club.

Ruud received the ball from Baresi and shot powerfully past Paradisi. Another 15 minutes passed and the referee awarded a penalty for a hand ball: Virdis converted from the spot to make it three. In the 79th minute, Maccoppi scored an own goal to make the final result AC Milan 4-0 Como. It was an important win for a side who, just months later, would go on to lift the European Cup in Barcelona.
