Friday’s training session brought three pieces of good news for Thiago Motta ahead of Juventus’s upcoming Serie A match at home against Fiorentina on Sunday, but Nico Gonzalez is now a doubt again as he worked individually at Continassa this morning.
As for the positives, Teun Koopmeiners, Danilo and Douglas Luiz all trained regularly with the first team ahead of Sunday’s game against Fiorentina.

Koopmeiners lined up as a starter for the 2-1 win away against Monza on December 22, but was taken off midway through with concerns of a potential muscular injury.
Brazilian duo Danilo and Douglas Luiz were not included in the matchday squad for the Monza match.
All three, however, are now in contention to return to Serie A action on Sunday.
While there was positive news on Friday, there is also a new concern surrounding Nico Gonzalez, who is a doubt ahead of Sunday’s game against his former club.

According to updates from Ilbianconero.com, the Argentine is following a personalised training programme in an attempt to lower his workload, which the club hope will minimise the risk of future injuries or relapses.
