Three Barcelona talents in the sights of Gerard Piqué’s FC Andorra | OneFootball

A trio of up-and-coming youth talents at La Liga champions Barcelona have been identified as summer transfer targets on the part of FC Andorra.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Áron Yaakobishvili and cousins Guille and Toni Fernández as the players in question.

In the case of the first, goalkeeper Yaakobishvili is understood to be close to accepting a season-long loan deal with Andorra, fresh off promotion to the 2nd tier of Spanish football.

As alluded to above, though, Gerard Piqué’s side are not done there.

As revealed by Sport:

‘Andorra have shown interest in both Guille and Toni Fernández and offers them to be able to compete regularly in the Second Division.’

When it comes to the two cousins, midfielder Guille is considered the more likely to be granted a departure over the weeks ahead.

Versatile attacker Toni, on the other hand, could yet carve out a place for himself in Hansi Flick’s first-team squad for the season to come.
