Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has sent a message to Chelsea supporters after winning the Club World Cup this summer.
The Blues smashed PSG three nil on Sunday night to be crowned Champions of the World in what was an incredible achievement.
Chelsea’s Club World Cup win and strong end to the season has got some pundits changing their minds on them, realising that the players are now growing up, and backing them for a genuine Premier League title challenge next season.
The result and performance by Chelsea surprised the footballing world, with The Athletic saying it was quite ‘jarring’ witnessing how easy Chelsea blew PSG away in the early stages of the game to see them off.
And why wouldn’t he? Todd Boehly has been through the rafters as Chelsea owner so far and he’s come under some heavy criticism along the way.
But now is a time to celebrate and soak up what has been a massive achievement for him, his co-owners, and anyone else involved in the club right now.

He says:
“We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome for our boys, who have done such good work and trained so hard, and really came together under Enzo’s leadership and direction. No one gave us a chance to beat PSG. The boys thrived and grew on that. Watching them come together has been very special. Form that you have seen is everything we hoped when we were putting this together with Laurence and Paul. Behdad and I couldn’t be more grateful for the success that they’ve had and for all Chelsea fans everywhere who are so thrilled. Thank you for sticking with us. We’re really excited about what the future holds.
“Keep the blue flag flying high.”
