Teddy Sharman-Lowe joins Bolton | OneFootball

Teddy Sharman-Lowe has joined Bolton Wanderers on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper has also signed a new contract with Chelsea, keeping him at the club until 2028.

The new deal follows an impressive loan spell at Doncaster Rovers, where he played every minute of their League Two title-winning campaign.

After helping Doncaster to promotion, Sharman-Lowe naturally attracted interest from clubs in League One and even some in the Championship.

He is currently away on international duty with England Under-21s, as the Young Lions aim to defend their European Championship crown.

Speaking to the club's media team, Sharman-Lowe said: "I'm very excited to be here. It's another great challenge for me.

"Coming to a club as big as Bolton - with its past in the Premier League as well and aspirations to be back there – I think I can really kick on and it's another great opportunity for me."
