Few might have realized, but it's the 3rd month of Ivan Juric's Southampton tenure. Sadly, that's gone unnoticed not due to any positive reasons, but because of innumerable setbacks endured.

And talking of improvements, well they have been negligible. In fact, Juric has even failed to live up to the initial promises he made to the fans.

Safe to say, Southampton has fumbled another management call, months after regretting giving Russell Martin a lengthy contract.

But you know what? The Saints fans are firm to get Juric out now. Well, frankly, it makes sense as well, given the manager's actions lately.

Thankfully, someone has raised concerns over this now. Recently, journalist Alex Crook criticized such Juric's decisions. To note, Crook even mentioned who Southampton should look for ahead.

Simon Rusk tipped to lead Southampton ahead

Recently, speaking to GiveMeSport, Crook talked of Juric, saying: "I would be amazed if he's still the Southampton manager for the start of next season. They've already appointed Simon Rusk as a more senior member of management. I think that could be the first step towards Ivan Juric being forced out of the club."

Well, honestly, what Crook hinted at is interesting. Been at the club for some time now, and being the set-piece coach, Simon Rusk is a strong candidate for the next manager.

Still, don't you think this suggestion has created a dilemma?

Southampton's longing for Sheffield boss Danny Rohl is well known. Maybe he would have been the go-to option for the Saints in this situation. Yet, Rusk's suggestion has now forced them to brainstorm on whom to appoint ahead.
