Leonardo Spinazzola is set to replace David Neres on the left side of Napoli’s attacking trident, as they aim to temporarily join Inter at the top of Serie A by beating rock-bottom Monza.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (16:00 GMT) at the U-Power Stadium in Monza.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Antonio Conte is expected to stick with a 4-3-3 system despite losing the Brazilian to a muscular injury, with Matteo Politano operating on the opposite flank and Romelu Lukaku leading the line.

However, Giacomo Raspadori is considered to be in contention for a starting spot, although Spinazzola is currently favoured to get the nod.
With both Juan Jesus and Alessandro Buongiorno unavailable, Amir Rrahmani and Rafa Marin are expected to start at centre-back.
Zambo Anguissa, Stanislav Lobotka, and Scott McTominay will all start in midfield, a department where Conte has no selection concerns.
Veterans Armando Izzo and Danilo D’Ambrosio are both ruled out for Monza, meaning Luca Caldirola will be supported in defence by Pedro Pereira and one of Andrea Carboni or Tomas Palacios.
The Serie A fixture will be streamed on OneFootball in the UK, while Paramount+ will broadcast the game live in the USA.
