Fabrizio Romano reports that Saudi Arabian clubs are dangling offers in front of Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko. The RB Leipzig forward appeared set for a move to Arsenal, but now may be entertaining other options on his way out of the Bundesliga.

Romano does not name specific Saudi Pro League sides, but it can be assumed that AFC Champions League qualified clubs Al-Ittihad, Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli are the ones who may tempt Sesko with specific overtures of club football at a high level.

Sesko remains under contract with the German Red Bulls through 2029, but will almost certainly depart his German club after their failure to qualify for European football next season. Whether or not Sesko maintains interest in playing in the AFC Champions League remains questionable.

Romano himself notes that the 41-times-capped international wishes to further his career in Europe. Whatever club ends up landing Sesko will not be able to acquire him on the cheap. A reported €80m release-clause in the striker’s contract must be met.
