Despite never having been among Ranieri’s starters, Gourna-Douath could remain another in the capital.
The Giallorossi, in fact, were positively impressed by the Frenchman’s performances, and are reportedly considering keeping him.

The nearly 20 million needed to secure him on a permanent deal, however, are considered excessive by Roma, who are reportedly looking for an agreement with Salzburg.
According to Africafoot, the objective is to renew the loan for another season.
The obligation to buy was based on the minutes played, minutes that Gourna-Douath has not reached having played only 6 games from January onwards.
It will be up to Gasperini to decide whether or not to focus on the Frenchman for next season.
