Roma legend Francesco Totti has questioned Paulo Dybala’s future at the club due to his constant lack of availability in the side.

Dybala has been compared to Totti in recent seasons since La Joya has joined Roma and has often been the chief source for goals and assists. While he has faced multiple injury issues, he has always made an impact whenever he has played for the Giallorossi.

Totti recently spoke to Corriere dello Sport (via CM) and he was asked a host of questions about his former club and he also spoke about Dybala. And surprisingly enough, Totti stated that Roma should consider Dybala’s future because he doesn’t play regularly for the Giallorossi.

“We are talking about a top player, but it depends on what the club wants to do and what objectives he has. If a player plays 15 games a year for you, as a manager, I would think about it. If I have an important objective to achieve and I have one of the most important players who plays a third of the games for me, I’ll make a reflection. On the other hand, I would redeem Lukaku.”

Dybala is currently injured because of an adductor issue annd has already faced four other injuries in the campaign so far. He had missed 18 games for the club last season due to injuries and has missed 13 of them this season. Issues with fitness have been constant since his Juventus days but his performance can never be questioned.
