Roma in line for Lille attacker Edon Zhegrova | OneFootball

Roma continue being linked with various talents from Ligue 1 as they prepare a series of signings to strengthen the team’s attack.

With several players expected to leave this summer, including Lukaku, Azmoun, Spinazzola, Karsdorp and Rasmus Kristensen, among others, Roma want to further reinforce their offensive department with special considerations for the wings seeing as Daniele De Rossi wants to rely on a 433 system for next season.

The Giallorossi have in fact begun their search for reinforcements with special focus on France’s Ligue 1 – Roma technical director Florent Ghisolfi’s scouting network is quite familiar with this part of European football and thus the club could choose to focus their attention on talents from the French top flight.

According to calciomercato.com, the capital club have lined up for Edon Zhegrova who is coming off an impressive season with Lille: 9 goals and 6 assists in 37 appearances for the Kosovan winger in Paulo Fonseca’s team.

So far there are no ongoing negotiations but Roma remain keen on Zhegrova.
