Two months after Lina Souloukou’s departure, Roma is preparing to appoint a new CEO, with a decision expected by the end of November.
According to the latest rumors, there are three profiles in the running for the highest position in the Giallorossi corporate organization; Alessandro Antonello, current Inter manager; Marzio Perrelli, former executive vice president of Sky; and Giovanni Carnevali, CEO of Sassuolo.
The Friedkins are looking for an executive who not only has experience in football, but who is also capable of managing the complex dynamics of a club with international ambitions like Roma.
Among the names, Antonello stands out for his work in Milan, where he was an active part in managing key operations for Inter.
Perrelli, on the other hand, represents an option more tied to marketing and communication, areas in which he excels thanks to his long experience in the television sector.
Finally, Carnevali brings with him a solid reputation in sports management, built through years of virtuous management of Sassuolo.
The choice of the next CEO will be crucial for Roma, writes Il Messaggero, which is aiming for a figure capable of leading the club towards new objectives, both sporting and economic, in a period of important transition.
