Last year, Alajuelense won its second consecutive Central American Cup title with an impressive undefeated record, registering seven wins and three draws enroute to lifting the cup. The back-to-back champions also had the most points (24) and most goals (18) throughout the campaign. In addition, La Liga remain unbeaten across the initial two editions of the competition, boasting 14 wins and six draws.
Forward Diego Campos will aim to replicate his form from last campaign that earned him 2024 CCAC Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank and Top Scorer Award, presented by Aramco. Campos was decisive throughout the campaign, totaling seven goal contributions with six goals and an assist.
Antigua GFC
Antigua GFC will make a second appearance at a CCAC after securing its berth in the 2025 edition by being crowned Guatemalan First Division Torneo Clausura 2025 champions.
