Inter Milan are expecting all of Yann Bisseck, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Joaquin Correa to return from injury this month.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
Inter have a few players on the sidelines with injuries at the moment.
Midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan will miss tomorrow’s Serie A match with Venezia after picking up a knock in training.
Then, defender Francesco Acerbi is not quite ready to return from a thigh strain.
And the likes of defender Bisseck, midfielder Calhanoglu, and forward Correa are three casualties on the injury list following the Supercoppa Italia at the start of this month.
In the case of defender, the problem is a thigh strain. The German should be out for a couple weeks at least.
According to Tuttosport, Inter anticipate that Bisseck could return for the Serie A match against Lecce on January 26th.
And if that’s too soon, the 24-year-old could be back for the Champions League match against Monaco at the end of this month.
Meanwhile, Calhanoglu also has a minor thigh injury. That will see him miss tomorrow’s match against Venezia, but he should be back against Bologna on Wednesday.
Lastly, reports Tuttosport report, Joaquin Correa is aiming to be back against Empoli next weekend.
