Bournemouth are accelerating their bid to sign Djordje Petrovic as they look to sign a new goalkeeper this summer according to Football Insider.
Petroivc excelled last season on loan at Strasbourg and was expected to compete for the number one shirt this season.
However, the Serb was left out of the Club World Cup squad, and it’s believed he has a gentleman’s agreement he can leave for £25m.
Petrovic isn’t short of suitors and has attracted interested from a number of clubs, both in the Premier League and Europe.
It’s been reported Petrovic was close to a move to Premier League new boys Sunderland, but that move has yet to materialise.

Bournemouth also hold interest in Petrovic, and the Cherries are looking for a new keeper, having had Kepa Arrizabalaga on loan from the Blues last season.
Football Insider have reported the Cherries are accelerating their move for the 25-year-old, and Chelsea have given him the green light to find a new club.
The report adds Petrovic is valued at just over £20m , and would be Bournemouth’s new number one if the deal goes through.
Petrovic was named Strasbourg’s Player of the Season and played all but one Ligue 1 game as they qualified for the Conference League.
With Petrovic heading for the exit door, Chelsea also face a decision with teenager Mike Penders, who joined last summer for €20m from Genk.
Penders remained on loan at the Belgian side last season, and Chelsea are said to have high hopes for the teenager.

The Blues reportedly don’t want to loan Penders out for three consecutive seasons, but are considering sending him to Strasbourg for the next step of his development.
Penders is currently part of the squad for the Club World Cup, although he’s yet to feature in the competition, and it’s vital Chelsea make the right decision for his future.
