Inter Milan have placed Piotr Zielinski on the market to clear space for a new midfield addition.

According to FCInterNews, the Serie A runners-up are keen to offload the Poland midfielder toward the end of the summer.

Piotr Zielinski arrived at San Siro with high expectations after eight sterling years at Napoli.

However, the 31-year-old has failed to impress at Inter, making only six Serie A starts in 2024/25.

Despite amassing 39 appearances in all competitions, Simone Inzaghi often used him as a substitute.

Inter signed Zielinski on a Bosman deal as his deal at Stadio Diego Maradona had expired.

As a result, his departure would deliver the club a tidy capital gain.

Yet, interest in Zielinski’s services has been scarce.

In addition to Zielinski, Cristian Chivu has deemed Kristjan Asllani surplus to requirements.

Therefore, both players could leave Giuseppe Meazza in the coming weeks.
