Inter Milan are pushing to sign Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny before the start of the FIFA Club World Cup.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that the Nerazzurri want to get a deal done immediately, and that Parma want €25 million.

Inter Milan have identified Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny as one of their major targets in attack this summer.

The Nerazzurri have already been eyeing up the Frenchman for a few weeks now. They see him as the right fit for their attack, and in line with the club’s efforts to focus on younger players.

Moreover, the arrival of Cristian Chivu as coach is certainly a point in favour of moving for Bonny. The 44-year-old worked very well with the striker at Parma.

According to the Gazzetta, Inter are not waiting around in their efforts to sign Ange-Yoan Bonny from Bonny.

In fact, the newspaper reports, the Nerazzurri could even aim to wrap up a deal for the 21-year-old within the next 48 hours or so.

Inter travel to the USA for the Club World Cup this week. That will be the first major test of Chivu as the new Nerazzurri coach.

And the club could aim to bolster the squad with Bonny in time for him to be part of that tournament.

The timeline is tight. But Inter are pushing for it, reports the Gazzetta, and they are ahead of Napoli and Juventus.

For their part, Parma want a fee of €25 million to part with Bonny according to the Gazzetta.
