West Ham are interested in Chelsea defenders Axel Disasi, Trevoh Chalobah and Tosin Adarabioyo according to reports.
The Blues are once again set for a busy summer and could look to fund their business by selling as many as seven or eight players.
Chelsea face a critical window with the club looking to sign a striker, centre back and right footed attacker to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad.
Whilst incomings are very important, the Blues also have a number of players they will be looking to sell, which could raise all important funds.
One area where there’s set to be plenty of movement is centre back , and Chelsea have a whole host of names on their books in that department.

Chelsea are looking to sign a new centre back, but it’s almost certain a number will leave, with Renato Veiga, Chalobah and Disasi likely candidates for departure, whilst Benoit Badiashile has cast doubt over his future.
TBR Football have reported West Ham hold interest in both Chalobah and Tosin, whilst they would be interested in Disasi if he doesn’t join Aston Villa on a permanent basis.
The report adds Chelsea are likely to make both Chalobah and Tosin available as they look to fund a move for a new centre back.
Tosin only joined last summer but he would represent profit as he was signed on a free, whilst Chalobah is also pure profit as he’s an academy product.
Chelsea had identified Dean Huijsen as their main target, but the 20-year-old opted to join Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Blues explored a move for Marc Guehi in January, but opted against making a bid for the England international.

However, Chelsea are said to still be keen on Guehi, and the Crystal Palace captain only has a year left on his deal meaning he could be available for a cut price.
Guehi came through the ranks at Chelsea and he would provide the Blues with leadership and experience at the back which is exactly what’s missing.
