Arda Guler’s future at Real Madrid has been a hot topic in the Spanish capital throughout the season so far.
Regarded as one of the Europe’s most gifted talents, Guler hasn’t quite had the opportunity to establish himself as a first-team regular at Real Madrid.
As Los Blancos brace themselves for a crucial period ahead, Guler has yet to even feature in 1000 minutes of footballing action, notably starting in just six of the 16 league matches he has played so far.
Guler’s struggles have led to speculation over his long-term future at Real Madrid and as per Fichajes, three clubs in Europe are already taking note.
The three clubs are, by no means, small either. In fact, one of them are none other than Liverpool – the undisputed leader of the Premier League this season.

Liverpool were linked with a move for Guler before his move to Real Madrid. And following his struggles at the Santiago Bernabeu, it appears the Reds are sensing a potential market opportunity.
Another club interested in the services of Guler are Liverpool’s league rivals Manchester United, although the Red Devils haven’t quite been as successful as their counterparts.
Man United are dawdling near the relegation zone this season, and with players struggling to find any rhythm, it appears the club are banking on a fresh start. Guler, to that end, could be an ideal pick.
Finally, the third club interested in the services of the Real Madrid starlet are Bayern Munich.
As per the report, the Bavarians could prefer a season-long loan deal for Guler in the summer – following a strategy that was used in deals to sign James Rodriguez and Alvaro Odriozola in the past.
That being said, Real Madrid will be protective about losing their star player, knowing that the Turkish international has undeniable talent, which could be realised under a new manager.
