As Real Madrid resumed preparations for their upcoming La Liga clash against Valencia, they may have been dealt with a fresh injury setback.
Carlo Ancelotti & co. may have welcomed David Alaba back to group training today but have now been hit with concerns about the fitness of another player.
Indeed, according to journalist Guillermo Rai, Real Madrid teenage prodigy Endrick left today’s training session with discomfort.
The 18-year-old seemed to have picked up some problem during the last action of the training session today and was quickly treated by the club doctors.
Soon after, Endrick made his way off the training pitch, but not before having a word with the club doctor Felipe Segura.

This development comes as a concerning one for Real Madrid, for they are scheduled to play at least seven matches in January, which could rise to nine.
Endrick, for his part, has found minutes hard to come by under Ancelotti this season, but had been working hard during the mid-season break to win over the manager.
It had been suggested that the 18-year-old Brazilian striker could be in line for a start in Real Madrid’s Copa del Rey clash against minnows Deportivo Minera next week.
However, it now remains to be seen what the extent of Endrick’s discomfort is and whether the forward is injured which could lead him to missing matches during a busy period.
