Real Madrid legend Ronaldo names best & worst players he played with at the club | OneFootball

Former Real Madrid star Ronaldo Nazário has this weekend provided an insight into his feelings regarding some of his one-time teammates at the club.

Frontman Ronaldo for his part spent some of the finest years of his legendary career plying his trade in Real Madrid white.

The Brazilian lined out for Los Merengues for a total of five years, between 2002, and 2007.

During this time, Ronaldo played alongside some of the game’s very best when it comes to talent, from Iker Casillas to Roberto Carlos, David Beckham and Luís Figo.

Who, though, does the now-48-year-old consider the best of the bunch?

As alluded to above, this weekend, Ronaldo opened up on precisely as much.

Speaking during an interview with fellow countryman and ex-Barcelona striker Romário, the former Ballon d’Or winner explained:

“Best player I’ve played with? At club level, Zidane. Zizou was very different, he had a lot of class, he was very technical, he made everything simple.”

Turning attentions towards the worst player whom he shared the pitch with, Ronaldo added:

“Worst player I’ve ever played with? Gravesen. He was a really nice person, but he was very bad at football.”
