La Liga runners-up Real Madrid have released a new home kit for the 2023/24 season, displaying a modern yet simple design.

Crafted by adidas and still featuring Emirates as a front-of-shirt-sponsor, the new design also contains the iconic phrase ‘Hala Madrid!’ on the collar.

It will be the first time in the club’s history that the jersey will feature this famous slogan.

Los Blancos haven’t drifted away from their traditional white colour, but new jersey differs from the recent variants.

Adding a touch of elegance to the traditional white design, the upcoming kit features stylish gold Adidas stripes on the shoulders.

The v-neck and sleeve accents are beautifully combined with navy blue and gold, creating a sophisticated and eye-catching look.

The combination of navy and orange-golden tones mirrors the colour scheme featured in Madrid’s 2023/24 away kit.

The jersey, designed with sustainability in mind, is constructed using recycled materials, emphasising a commitment to environmental consciousness.

Enhancing performance, the inclusion of HEAT.RDY technology enables efficient temperature regulation, ensuring players stay cool throughout intense matches.

Like all other adidas 2023/24 football jerseys, Madrid’s new home kit showcases the updated adidas logo, with navy panels on the side and the back, similar to some adidas 2022 World Cup shirts.

Nacho Fernandez is one of the leading faces in the promotional video, confirming talks of his imminent contract extension with Los Merengues.

But while the video also features Toni Kroos, there’s no trace of Luka Modric, suggesting his long-standing midfield partner could soon join Karim Benzema in Saudi Arabia.

Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo will don new shirt numbers next season, with the former taking a coveted number seven from Eden Hazard and the latter picking up 11 from Marco Asensio.

Star summer signing Jude Bellingham will wear number five after Madrid announced his arrival from Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.
