Paris Saint-Germain will need all players to be healthy over the two leg tie against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16. Moreover, there’s good news for the Parisians ahead of next week’s first clash at the Parc des Princes.
According to Marc Mechenoua of Le Parisien, Fabian Ruiz is doing well. He may have limped off at Groupama Stadium, but it was just a minor calf knock, and no concerns are moving forward.
The capital club will have two more fixtures before the contest against the Reds, so they’ll be looking to avoid any injuries to key players knowing what these next two weeks represent with a chance to eliminate the Premier League leaders.

According to the AFP, Warren Zaïre-Emery returned to first-team training on Tuesday which is a boost to the squad, eight days ahead of their UEFA Champions League tie against Liverpool.
The academy product could make PSG’s matchday squad for Wednesday’s Coupe de France quarterfinal against Stade Briochin. More importantly, there’s hope he could play a role against Liverpool in next week’s Champions League clash.
PSG need a fully fit squad to take down Liverpool, so if Ruiz is ready for the first leg next week at the Parc des Princes, it’s great news for the Ligue 1 leaders.
